Kano 2025 - PWD

Jobberman Nigeria, in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation, is championing diversity and inclusion as it heads to Kano to empower Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), aged 18-35, with relevant business and career skills.
The upcoming forum, themed Empowered to Achieve More, is scheduled for Saturday, 26th April 2025 by 11am at the Amani Events Centre, No. 3 Tamandu Road, Kano State. This special gathering aims to create a supportive space where PWDs can connect with peers, learn from experienced professionals, and acquire practical strategies to grow their careers and businesses.

For Jobberman, the organization believes in creating opportunities for everyone. For far too long, the narrative around PWDs has been centred on limitation, but this is changing. Across Nigeria, individuals with disabilities are leading, innovating, and succeeding. Through initiatives like this forum, Jobberman is committed to amplifying their stories, driving inclusive conversations, and equipping PWDs with the tools to achieve their goals.

This event aligns with Jobberman’s broader mission to reduce unemployment in Nigeria, not just by connecting jobseekers to quality jobs, but by ensuring that every individual is equipped with the skills and confidence they need to thrive.
