Kaduna AGILE Project Engages Religious and Traditional Leaders from Kaduna South Local Government of Kaduna State.
As part of Kaduna AGILE’s unwavering dedication to fostering collaboration and engagement within communities. Today, the Adolescent Girls Initiative For Learning and Empowerment, Kaduna State team facilitated an interactive session with esteemed Religious and Community Leaders from Kaduna South Local Government, following a similar successful engagement with RTLs from Igabi on February 13th, 2024.
This gathering brought together influential figures from various communities, including Unguwan Muazu, Kinkinau, Tudun Wada, Badikko, Unguwan Sanusi, Barnawa, Kakuri, Nassarawa, and Sabon Tasha.
The Kaduna AGILE team provided an extensive overview of the project’s progress, highlighting significant achievements and milestones attained thus far. The team also solicited for more support from the Community and Religious Leaders towards achieving the project development objective which is to improve secondary education opportunities for girls.
Discussions and the exchange of ideas characterized the engagement, with Religious and Community Leaders actively contributing insights and perspectives. Their feedback and suggestions are integral to informing and shaping the project’s implementation strategies.
