The Use of Sex Enhancement Products in the North: A Call to Address Underlying Causes:

Many men and women in the North may face severe health challenges due to the use of kayamata and kayamaza concoctions. As doctors, we anticipate seeing more cases at the clinic .

When a society promotes a practice as a way of life, it becomes part of their culture. However, some tribes in other regions have successfully managed their homes without such practices.

The widespread use of kayamata and kayamaza in the North is alarming, with many prioritizing these products over good nutrition and medicine. These products can alter the vaginal pH, exposing women to infections, hyperplasia, and potentially cancer or chronic kidney disease.

Both men and women can experience inflammation, strictures, or other complications. While some states in Nigeria are now adopting this practice, it’s essential to understand the risks.

Many young Nigerian girls believe kayamata enhances sexual pleasure, citing cultural or religious justifications. However, natural chemistry and love are sufficient for intimacy.

Instead of relying on concoctions, it’s crucial to address underlying causes of low libido. Medicine has its limitations, and excessive use of any substance can be harmful.

Kudos to men who prioritize their health and don’t take harmful substances to prove a point. Similarly, appreciation to women who maintain their well-being without resorting to harmful practices.

While sex-enhancing products exist, it’s vital to understand the reasons behind low sex drive and prioritize self-care.

As doctors, we’ll likely encounter more cases of bladder and kidney issues, as well as vaginal and cervical health challenges. Addressing underlying causes is important to preventing long-term damage.

When you visit the car park, you’ll notice that many people promoting sex enhancement products are from the North, although other tribes also engage in this practice. But who says your private parts need a sweetener? If you’re experiencing dryness, have you checked your stress levels, hormonal profile, and overall health? What about your nutrition and feelings toward your partner?

Are there healthier ways to boost your sex life? How much do you trust the products you’re using, and is it worth risking your health? For those who engage in harmful practices, especially women, what’s forbidden is indeed forbidden.

Using urine or blood in cooking or drinks, or using intimate items in rituals, is unacceptable. Let’s focus on healthy approaches to intimacy, such as communication, emotional connection, and mutual respect.

Prioritizing your physical and mental well-being can lead to a more fulfilling sex life. Consider exploring natural methods to enhance intimacy, such as counseling, exercise, or nutrition counseling.

We also have women who exploit their private part area, treating their virginal as a money-making industry. They use various charms, perfumes with Arabic writings, or even Quranic verses to create products that claim to make men dependent on them. These practices are often used to extract money or attract multiple partners.

Regardless of how normalized this is in the North, let’s recognize that such practices are a form of exploitation. Despite their prevalence, the North still experiences high rates of divorce and broken homes.

Improving your sex life can be achieved through healthy means. It’s important to understand and address underlying issues, such as addiction, lifestyle, nutrition, and natural attraction. Treating underlying medical conditions can also help.

A healthy sex life and reproductive health should be a priority for everyone. Sex is a vital aspect of life, and maintaining good health is important . Your health is indeed your wealth.

It’s important we create more awareness on
– The importance of education and awareness about healthy relationships and sexual health
– The role of cultural and societal norms in shaping attitudes toward sex and relationships
– The need for accessible and reliable healthcare services for reproductive health
– The impact of exploitation and harmful practices on individuals and communities.
