Kaduna Update: The Governor of Kaduna State, Senator Uba Sani is at the moment meeting with the management of Kaduna State Water Corporation (KADSWAC). The Governor is concerned about the challenges faced by citizens in accessing portable water. The meeting will look critically at the obstacles hindering KADSWAC from functioning effectively and efficiently, with a view to ensuring uninterrupted supply of water to Kaduna citizens. The Zaria Water Project is also on the table for discussion.
Also in attendance at the meeting are the deputy governor, Dr. Hadiza Sabuwa Balarabe, the Secretary to the State Government, Dr. Abdülkadir Meyare, Chief of Staff, Sani Kila, Commissioner of Works, Arch. Ibrahim Hamza, and other senior government officials.
