Governor Ahmad Nasir El-Rufai is now in Kaduna, presiding over the 2017 third quarter Cabinet Budget Implementation Retreat.
Present at the Retreat are all Kaduna state Executive Council members.
The implementation of the Capital part of the budget will be reviewed and challenges will be addressed.
