The Court of Appeal has directed the Department of State Security to produce Colonel Sambo Dasuki in court.
Colonel Dasuki is to be a witness in the case of criminal diversion of N400m brought against the former spokesman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Olisa Metuh by the Federal Government.
Mr. Metuh had applied to the Federal High Court to invite Dasuki as a witness but the judge, Justice Abang turned down the request which made Metuh appeal against the judgment.
