Kaduna State youth have never had it as good as we do with the Buhari/El-Rufa’i team.
In Kaduna State, the Youth are not the leaders of tomorrow, they are the leaders of today. Since 2015, more youths have been included in governance than ever before. Governor Nasir Ahmad El-Rufa’i believes that no position is too lofty for young persons to hold.
The positions of Commissioners for Works Housing and Transport, Water Resources, and Planning and Budget are occupied by Youth, the former being Female.
The Governor’s office is populated mostly by young men and women below 45 years of age. These appointments demonstrate the unwavering belief by Governor Nasir el-Rufa’i in the ability of the youth.
Today we can boast of 3 commissioners, 5 DGs/
MDs of agencies, 40+ special assistants all under 45 years and participating in making Kaduna great again.
16 Kashim Ibrahim Fellows (6 females & 10 males) are also undergoing training for leadership in governance through active participation in public service.
25,700 direct opportunities have been created for the youth including 93 political appointments.
Employment opportunities include 2,500 KASTELEA officials, 1,200 healthcare personnel including doctors, pharmacists, nurses and midwives.
The education sector benefits from the employment of 1,200 science teachers and 13,000 primary school teachers. The KAD-ICT Hub employs 3,000 youths making waves in the tech fields.
Through KADSTEP, 2,500 youths have been empowered in entrepreneurship and 1,000 through KADAT.
The Mafita project in Kaduna state has successfully graduated 1,000 youths from various skills acquisition programs so far.
The great team of Malam Nasir Ahmed El-Rufai has and continues to make strides towards making Kaduna great again by putting the youth first. Kaduna State does not despise the days of its youths!!!
